Yes, there is a service fee of $20 which is not covered by insurance. Your labs will be billed to your insurance (as applicable) and you will be responsible for any copays or deductible as applied or due by your insurance.
Yes, we try to stay away from prescribing meds as much as possible. We use them sparingly and only as needed.

We see patients from birth up to 100 years old. We choose not to see or serve pregnant women, as those are better served by Doulas, Midwives, and OB/GYNs.
No, we are an outpatient clinic and try not to refer anyone to a hospital unless it is medically necessary.

We do not perform circumcisions at this time. However, we do offer ear piercing for a small fee.

We recommend seeing your primary care provider at least once a year for a wellness exam with a complete set of labs.
Chances are, yes! We accept walk-in patients during regular hours. However, scheduled appointments have priority, so it’s always best to call ahead to let us know you're coming. We will do our best to work you in with a short wait time.
Yes. Our current patients have access to their records online through our patient portal. You can view lab results, upcoming appointments, contact your provider, request refills, and review visit summaries, diagnoses, and immunization history.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration. Bring your insurance card, a photo ID, and a list of all current medications, vitamins, and supplements. Also, be prepared to pay your co-pay at the time of your visit.
If you do not have insurance, we offer reasonable pricing on self-pay services. These can be found on our pricing page for full transparency.
You can request a refill via a portal message, email, phone call, or text message. Please allow 24 hours for processing. Note that some prescriptions may require a follow-up exam before a refill can be approved.
You must sign a Medical Records Release form. This allows us to protect your information under HIPAA regulations. Please allow up to two weeks to process the request. A charge for copying records may apply.
